Entering Preferred dlots of the week

I am trying to get the following table filled using a simple form but appeared to have missed something!!

Staff would select their name from a combobox, then enter ANY (up to all) of 15 preferred sessions

    Monday
    Tuesday
    Wednesday
    Thursday
    Friday

Each day has three slots occurring at different times of the day call them DTslot1 DTslot2 DTslot3

I'd like the final underlying table to be very similar to

    Hi Andy

I would have thought you need a table to Record the Many Slots for a given Day plus a Junction table for the Many to Many setup?

    Thx mike

I’m more concerned though with the setup of the bound form to allow staff to select they’re preferred slots to then be recorded in a table similar to above.

Does this fit in with what you said above?

Thanks Mike. I'll look it over and run a few trials. Seems to work great though
