    Issue with .dll

So I built my database on my laptop using Access 2016. Uploaded and made changes to it at work using 2012. Recently upgraded to 2016. My login form works fine on work PC, however now on my laptop I get the following popup, multiple times before it just closes. Searching for referenced file: EntityPicker.dll

Now a search on the work pc only found EntityPickerIntl.dll and my laptop already has it. I've run a repair and full reinstall of Office 16 and no help. Any suggestions? Click image for larger version.

I did a search of my laptop and found both dll files.

EntityPicker was in 2 locations, one of them in the same location as EntityPickerIntl: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14

The other one in: C:\Windows\Installer\$PatchCache$\Managed\00004119 110000000000000000F01FEC
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

I did find the file on my laptop. I have a 64 bit so it's C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16. So I'm not sure why it's not seeing it.
