    country and its city

    I want to make 2 combo box
    First box i choose country ex USA or UK


    And 2nd box open the cities related to my choice country choice in first box
    And the option in 2nd combo box appear as all cities in USA only . Which i choosed in first box

    What tables i should create
    An what relation types
