adding a new table to existing table

    Hello All-
I have created an access project containing one table. now i want to add another table and dont know how to do it

My existing table created is a customer address table called "customer.accdb"
concurrent with this table and in the same folder i want to add another table called "jobcards"
the current jobcards are in a .dbf file which i know how to import into an access. accdb.
After importing I will have another table called Jobcards.accdb

I want the new table to appear in the navigation pane in the existing table which is called
    "customer.accdb"
How is the correct way to do this ? do i just copy the file into the same folder ?
( newbie questions are probably pita - but thanks for the help)

You should be able to import the dbf file into the existing customer database. If not, you can use the external data tab to import the table after you've got it in jobcards.accdb.

For clarity, tables are objects within an accdb file, they are not an accdb file themselves. It does get confusing.

Not sure what you are asking. Please try again --perhaps an example.
