Database to let customers login and change their own data

I am a summer camp director and each camp we have parents submit what we call a "Camper Profile." I ask things like allergies, gender, learning issues. Historically I have been making parents fill out the entire form each year but what if nothing has changed with their camper?
I am comfortable with Access and wonder if there is a way I can have this information online and send each parent a login so they can go in and change information ONLY if they need to or say everything is correct.
    Is this possible with Access?
    Thank you

Access doesnt work great as a web tool.
you could just send everyone an Excel template for the users to fill out,
then when they email it to you , have a macro to import the data.

If you have the wherewithal, you could use a web based form to create a csv file that Access can use. That's a whole 'nuther bag of marbles.
I suspect you'll find there are those who can't use Excel even if they have it.

perhaps you can use something like a web survey tool (google - there are a number out there like surveymonkey) - don't know if it will allow you to capture the data you require, but worth investigating
