Query stopped working correctly

Hello all,

I have a database and everything seemed to be working great a while ago, and for the most part still is, however, there is a query that seems to be not working correctly now but did before. a stripped down file is attached. Essentially if you try to run the "Relieve Universal & Optimum Parts" query, it should add 403 parts to the "Inventory Transactions" table but it doesn't add any. This used to work OK but I tried to use it this morning and it no longer works and I can't figure out why. Can someone please help me out?

I don't get that error I just get no results, in fact I don't have that table in the file any longer. I may have included that query accidentally, try the "Relieve Universal & Optimum Parts" query, it's an append query.

I am trying now to rebuild the query to see where it breaks, if I have the "tblInstrumentPurchasedParts 12-13-18" and "tblPartMain" with the link from ChildID to PartMainID_PK, I get the desired results, Whn I add the 'Work Orders" things go astray

Sorry, I must have realized I had not included the correct Append Query after I had zipped the file.

I do believe I have fixed the issue though by rebuilding the query a different way, It seems to be giving me the expected results now.
