I would start by looking at the templates that come with Access and that Microsoft Office has on line. I believe there is one for what you are trying to do.
-
the one for access 2003 failed and i dont the the one for access 2010 would work on my 07
-
I would try the 2010 one 1st.
-
i did and i wont work on access 2007
-
What failed in the 2003 version?
-
it gave me "the expression On Mouse Move you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: the expression you entered has a function name that Microsoft Access cant find" I click ok and it pops back up not letting me do anything same with the close btn.

How about a link to the 2010 version and I'll see if I can convert it for you. I have both 2010 and 2007
-
that would be great thanks

I'm sorry but I did not say that right. Can *you* post the links to those templates so I can find them?
-
yea i re-read it and noticed thats what you wanted
-
Okay, that did not work too well. How about a link to the 2003 version?

See if this 2002-2003 mdb still gives you the errors.
