New to MS Access

I am just starting out use access 2016 I need a little help.

My Problem :

1. Calculate 9 different field via a query or report
a. New Gloves
b. Worn Gloves
c. Get rid of Gloves
d. New Baseballs
e.Worn Baseballs
f. Get rid of Baseballs
g.New Helmets
h. Worn Helmets
i. Get rid of helmets


I need to know the number of each above from a drop down column I use the drop down to quick add the items above.

Not really enough info. Need to understand data structure and report design. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
