Criteria Filter data for Other table

I have a list box that has 2 tables with the same locations, but other table has an extra location that branches out to a different category. When I sent the criteria for the table with the extra location, it also filters the data to other. How do I write the code to keep the data showing for one table, just single location showing with the other table?
