Unique Values not appearing - Combo Box

My table has an ID column, because I have duplicate names in column two. I created a list based off column two, selected yes for unique values in the query in the property sheet. When running the application in datasheet it displays correctly, but when I goto the form view, the combo is blank.

SELECT DISTINCT table.list FROM table.

Make sure the combo column count is 1 and the column widths property has 1 value. I'm guessing you had an existing combo with 2 columns with the first hidden.
