Can't figure out to to get what I want

Hello all,

I believe I was over-thinking this. I will try to get what I want today and let you know how it works out. I was thinking about this last night and this morning and then I realized that I believe I already essentially have what I want in another different append query that is working fine, so I'll use that, then display the subform and edit the quantities according, should work fine. I'll let you know how I make out.

Hello all,

I got the results I wanted in the subform. I have one more thing to ask. Currently, when I enter a new record in the main form, no data appears when I save the record, I have to move to the previous record then back again. I am currently doing this with code after the save command button is clicked, is there a better way to do this?
