Anyone know how to add item to Firefox context menu & run script?

Was thinking I'd like to right click on a poster's forum handle (name) and have code examine my text document of names that are on my "no soup for you" list.

Is your list so long you can't remember everyone on it?
Why not just block all users you want to ignore?
Alternatively, you could place the text file/word doc in Dropbox or similar, copy the dropbox url and save as a favourite/bookmark in Firefox

Ya gotta admit it would be neat though, no? Adding to the menu looks to be not too hard. I guess the rest involves javascript (or something similar) which I've not kept up with.

I used to do this at a different forum but it can make threads incomprehensible at times.
