    The whole table most likely won't be corrupt. What usually happens is that only one record is corrupt. (Sometimes more)

    Open the original corrupt Table and manually look through the records.

    You will know when you find the corrupt record when you find it. It May have a bunch of ######s or similar. Delete these records and you should solve the problem.

    Next problem is to prevent it from happening in the future. But that is another story.

    Hi, Thanks for that, the problem is that it wouldnt copy over when i copied all the information into a new database.... how would i be able to copy it because i couldnt open the original database? Thanks Sarah

    Holding down the shift key while opening should allow you to view that table. (In the Original DB)

    hi, the shift key doesnt work, that was why i had to copy to a new database.... i do have some extra tables in the "copied" database with ###### on them maybe it is those ones????

    You may have more than one corrupt Table.

    To open the Original, create a copy of the database then delete ALL objects other than the Table in question.

    You will then be able to view that table.

    We need to discuss how the Database is set up as this corruption is not normal. But let's fix one problem at a time.

    I don't suppose you have a recent backup of that table?

    Nah Mate no such luck. Everyone of the database's is corrupt and cannot open any of them !!!! They have really done a good job of not making any of them work.....
