Truoble in the form display

I have trouble opening the form.
All the tables I used are called out right. When I try opening the form, it displays a blank form with no controls displaying.



Could you please help me with this issue.

But all the controls are there in design mode?
try the button that makes an instant form, Does it work?

It worked now. There is a problem with the Form's Record Source. The Relationship between the table were wrong. I rectified it.
Its working!!
