Color shade a table in 2007 or 2010?

    Hi all...
I am wondering if you are able to color shade a table in Access 2007 or 2010? What I mean by that is something similiar to conditional formatting in forms where you can change the cell color a different color.

What I need to do is build a table and be able to change the background color either by hand (like using the cell color in excel) or by value similiar to conditional formatting in forms.

Does anyone know if this this possible with 2007 or 2010?

    Thanks,
    Chris

you would do the conditional formatting in a report or on a form that is displaying the data. An Access table may look like an Excel Spreadsheet but they are nowhere near the same. You should never be just viewing data by opening up the table. It should all be done in forms and reports. In those, you can apply whatever formatting you need.
