password protect Design view

I'm trying to Password protect my design view from being accessed. Or password protect the navigation panel from being opened. Is this possible? I know that I can set up a password to protect VBA and one to open the DB. However, when the system is split or distributed, there are several ways personnel can access the design and data of the DB. Please provide any insight as to how I can protect this. I'm using Access 2016.

Thank you. I did come across these examples. I was hoping for something more advanced. I've noticed a few people know this trick and have accessed the design controls. I thought that there was a way to create a module or some vba snip to add to each form/report to prevent design view access.
