I cannot open the form in your attachment....? It only allows me to open it in Design or Layout view, which does not allow me to see functionality. Can you please attach a working version as an example?
UPDATE...Disregard, I figured it out, form properties did not allow for the view. Changed the properties to allow. Sorry.
