    I thought it might be helpful to do a video of my progress bar in use.

    The attached shows the progress bar running three times
    a) removing 165 table links


    b) relinking those 165 tables
    c) relinking 30 spreadsheet files - this is more jerky than the previous two due to fewer steps and slightly slower to run
    Afterwards some other code runs not using the progress bar
    Total video time = 45 seconds

    I've reduced the image quality so the file size is small enough to post
