Can't populate some fields?

Hey

I'm copying information from one database to another. I'm copying the "name" field but when I paste, about 77 (out of about 4k) go into the paste errors table. When I go to manually input these, it won't let me leave any text in the box. I get an error message saying "Cannot open database ''. It may not be a database that your application recognises, or the file may be corrupt."

Any ideas?

How are you "copying" these records? Have you tried to "import" these tables?
