Good place to hire an access programmer in a hurry?

I have a contacts database I've made (No sensitive data) and I need to hire someone to make it not suck in the next 16 hours. There are some queries that won't return data if any of the fields are empty, the interface is a mess, and I need two versions of the form file (One for admin, one for users which is read-only). At this point my mental health is worth more to me than money.



Any recommendations? My budget is $400.
