Trying to determine how a table is populated with data

This is a mystery to me hopefully not for you folks here...

I am tasked with moving an Access db from a local desktop to a Virtual Desktop...

The db has a few linked tables and here is where my dilemma begins

I have found the source table which is a local table in a seemingly random db.

however the db has no forms so I have no idea how this table is populated the data it use to feed the table in the db I'm trying to move over to VDI??

Is there a way to find out how this table is populated with data?

if there are no forms, nor queries,etc.....then this is the backend db.
If you move the db to another folder, then all the users will tell you where they are, because their frontend will no longer work.

If this db is the frontend, (without any forms) then data is either entered via tables, or an import function.
