Making everything appear

Yes it did work - you only have 4 entries for El Paso in 2018


Changing the date to 2017 shows all the other records IN EACH QUERY

To make it easier for you, I've changed the Year box to a combo which pulls the year part of all your records - currently 2017 or 2018

It's still only showing HISPANIC OR LATINO and UNKNOWN. I need the other races to appear even though there are no entries for them. So for WHITE, I need WHITE listed with zeros. The same thing goes for the other races.

So you're saying you want all races to appear for 2018 even though there are no records for them?

That doesn't fit well with your data structure

For instance, If there are no entries at all, I need all races listed with zeros. In this case, there are only Hispanic or Latino listed. I still need White, Black, Asian, etc listed with zeros indicating that there are no entries for them.

That's what I need to correct. I need all of them to appear whether there is any data on them or not.
