    Open the shortcut properties sheet.
Change the icon to another of your choice.
    Click OK
    Done

So if not the shortcut, what are you referring to?
Taskbar icon? Icon shown in top left corner of title bar?

In Access 2013: File -> Options -> Current Database -> Application Icon
(Same place to change the Application Title, navigation options, and form to open on load.)

I mean We can't change Access icon same Visual basic project ,,, When We finished our project in Visual basic , We can choose any icons We want , but We can't use the same in Ms Access 2010
Do We can use do that in Ms Access 2010 ? or only We can do it When We make a Setup for Ms Access ?

File-> Option -> Current Database -> Application Icon ,, Only will change icon on top of project, not Application on Desktop

    The same this Picture

    Hi Mehvan

Perhaps it's a language issue but I can't understand what you are asking for.

You say already know how to change :
    a) the application icon (as in Peter M's post)
    b) the desktop shortcut for Access itself or an Access app (as in my original reply)

If you want to change the taskbar icon when the app runs, that's also easy enough but I asked that in my first reply
The screenshot below shows an open Access app with its own application icon used in the app itself, taskbar & desktop shortcut (circled in red)
I've also circled (in green) other Access app shortcuts - all specific to that app
I haven't bothered to change the desktop icon for the Access program itself ...but that's easy enough

NOTE: the desktop should only be used for shortcuts (and possibly as a temporary holding place for files)
If you are saving your Access files to the desktop, then you shouldn't be doing so as that will slow your computer significantly

If its none of those things, then what do you want?

Thanks for your help , Now I understood you well

When We finished our project with Ms Access , only We can change its icon , with ( Shortcut and Application Icon) and also If We want to make a Setup for our project in Ms Access , or If We want to change it to "ACCDE"
When We build a project by Ms Access , and When We design forms in Ms Access , it will be the same form in Visual and other programming language
