I have Microsoft Office 16 Object Library in the list. It was already selected. Problem still exists on both PCs. Frustrating.

Pretty sure that's the right reference to use the file dialog, albeit my version is 12; June7's is 14.
But in post 11 and 12, you don't really say what the problem is - just that you get the same error on different pc's - whatever that is. June7 is really the only one who brought up the User Defined Type... error. Were you referring to the printing problem or do you get the user defined error as well?

Everything works as it should but with the unwanted bonus of the form printing everytime the browse button is used to select a pdf. Browse for a file, select it, which changes the contents of the text box which the web browser control reads(as it should, nothing wrong there) but then the form gets printed twice. I'm picking because of the text box and web browser control changing on selection of a file it's printing once for each change but that's just a guess. As to why it's doing it ...??

Can't explain why this happens to you. Your db and code worked properly for me. Since code and hardware causes are ruled out, only real difference is the Access version running the file.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Any pdf? Any Word doc? Or you've only tried one particular file which might be designed to do just that? When you say it prints the form you could be referring to the Access form or a pdf.

Happens on any PDF. Prints out the access form. I have a 3rd PC I'll have a try with it tonight once the Xmas festivities die down.

Seems to be sorted. For a completely different project, I downloaded Soda PDF. PDF's in the form are now opening with Soda(within the form) and no unwanted printing.
Foxit Reader was my default PDF reader previously so for whatever reason it wanted to print the file everytime. Thank you all for your time. Hopefully all good from now on.
