    Exclamation Emailing a Form

    Is there any way to email out a form for someone to fill out if they don't have access??

    short answer is no. you need access to open an access form.

    you could design a form in excel or word - but then the user will need excel or word. Or perhaps a pdf?

    once someone has completed the form - then what? they email it back? send it on to someone else?

    Sounds like you want the old Collect Data utility which for some bizarre logic MS decided to remove from Access with 2013 version.
