Changing a Excel file extension from *.xlsx to .xlsm

I have probably asked this question before. I have been given a Excel file with the extension *.xlsx on it. I wish to add a button

on its spreadsheet to delete some rows in order to prepare it to be exported to MS access..

I know that I need to make the file somehow an *.xlsm file, but I am not sure how to do it. I cannot just change the extension.

    How do I do it?

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed
