Query that creates a field for each of the 12 months

My table has a fields for Month, Year and Case shipments, with over 3 million rows. I am trying to build a query that creates a field for each individual month so I can view the sales trend on a horizontal bases.

So far I am able to generate a field for January (Month 1) based on this query design but unable to add a field

Further to my previous post; to clarify in the query I tried to use a similar 'builder' to create a field for February using [Date_MM ]= 2 but nothing gets reported:

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
