    Syntax error

In a query, one of my field gives an error when I click to filter or sort. The field is a lookup field from a number in one table to a related look up table. Any ideas on what is wrong. It doesn’t always happen

I don't understand how right click shortcut can produce that error. I am not able to replicate.

Please post the sql of the query (sql view in query design).

You could post a copy of your database so readers can experience the error.

Your field Proposed Infection has a blank in it. Try changing it to Proposed_Infection to see if that works. This might be one of those times where a blank in a field name really does cause a problem.

And that is NOT right click shortcut, it is left click on a dropdown.
