Trouble creating a dashboard! Chart/Form not working. Formatting nuttiness...

I've created many many charts in forms before without an issue. This latest database was built using Access 2016. When I create a graph/chart in a form or report and try to format it, the whole thing goes crazy. I've spent a huge amount of time trying to figure out why it's going nuts but nothing I do seems to correct the problem. It either automatically makes the chart/graph so big it's not legible. Or, it makes it really small. I don't know how else to describe except that it goes crazy when I double-click to enter to format.



Anyone else have this problem? Anyone been able to resolve?

NEED HELP! Why does formatting go crazy? Never used to be this way...

I've also built a fair number of charts and yes, formatting can be challenging. I analyse chart issues best working with the file. Especially since I cannot replicate the issue.
