    Printing report form.

Probably a very simple solution but here is my problem.

Prior to printing a report form, I click on Print preveiw. For some reason it only shows half of the form and prints accordingly.
For Page set up I have the number of columns as 1.
    Page orientation is Portrait.

Something has changed because it has been ok up till now.

If someone asks me the relative questions, I should be able to give the information.

    Anyone able to help?

    Thanks,

    Ivan

is the print area inside the margins? (the right paper edge shouldnt go past the right margin)
is the print preview set to the correct printer?
do you have any form feed controls on the report?

    Thanks for your reply.

The print area is inside the margins.
The form seems to be cut in half down the middle.
When I change to "landscape view" then the form is cut in half horizintally.

The print preview is set to the correct printer.

Sorry about the ignorance but please clarify "form feed controls"

    Thanks,

    Ivan

in the box of controls: combo box, text box, etc,
there is also a Form Feed, AKA page break, (icon = 2 sheets of paper with an arrow between them)

on the report , it is almost invisible. It displays as a small line like an underscore: __
    (cmon Microsoft)

You are printing a report object? The report is a 'form' document? If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Thank you for your attempts to help.
I am not managing to work it out and don't want to waste your time so I'm giving up until someone local can solve the problem.

    Thanks again.
