access form opens automatically

I am using an Access template. I setup my navigation form to open automatically, via current database options.
The problem is, whoever setup the template also has another form opening automatically, that I don't want to open. I can't figure out how that was set up, as it doesn't show up as a default form under options.
I'm thinking maybe this form has a property set to do this, but not sure which one. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Look for a macro named autoexec or code in the navigation form that may open another.

Forget my suggestion to look under Options. I missed that your nav form opens that way.
