    I would but the thing is, I work for DoD and it's impossible to install software to my laptop at work. This is why I rather do code.

    Of course you can't then! But you can try to ask for it - it is free for commercial and non-commercial use. And they have a custom PDF Converter for money too, which enables encrypting and protecting created pdf's, or implement PDF Converter into developed applications (like MS Access databases) - encrypting may be a strong argument. In our firm, we have freeware version installed by default into all our computers as part of basic software.
