Creating queries using multiple tables - cannot add new data to the query

    Hi,

I am very new to Access. I've taken couple classes but it's been hard to actually apply what I learned to real life.

I'm trying to create a "look-up" query using the query wizard. I have 3 different tables going on. And using that query, I want to be able to look up data, edit data, and enter new data. Is that possible?

I was able to create a query successfully, but I couldn't lookup/edit/enter new data. Look-up, I was going to create a form off of the query for that.

    Can someone help please?

    Thank you!

some queries cannot edit due to the many links.
tho lookup tables should not need links.
