Tab Control and Exporting to Excel

Hey folks,

This is a general question about Access functionality and capability.
Is it possible to export a form with tabs to excel or as a pdf? I've tried both and get only the info in the header.
On a similar note, is there a way to format the fields in a form to be selectable like cells in datasheet view? I'd like to be able to copy and paste a group of fields in the form to either excel or outlook.
