Alternatives to altF** keys

There are some MS access shortcuts to getting to screens in MS Access 2010. I cannot use many of them on my Lenovo computer
because the alt-F** keys trigger some screen adjustment properties. Are there alternative ways of getting to the editor screen or layout.

I got this one. I will just use the cntrl_G key combo. It works.
