Access property title box off screen

While working on a form, I managed to move the property box's title box off screen and can not longer grab it.

I have tried some of the suggestions on the web such a ALT Shift M to not avail.

Using dual monitors, properly box is on one monitor, form on another. Using Windows 7.

Ideas?

Set the Property Sheet screen location with the following expressions executed in VBA immediate window:

CommandBars("Property Sheet").Top = 10
CommandBars("Property Sheet").Left = 10

Google is the All Powerful. Took a few minutes of searching and found one discussion with that code. Truly, I am not that smart all by myself.
