Creation Access Form Pulling From Database Fields

Hello,

I am very new to MS Access and I've created a database. I would like to create a form that can populate information automatically from an entry of the database into the fields by entering the primary key number, be able to edit the entry that was pulled, and have the option to enter a new entry into the database using the same form.
