    Question Help With Access

i am taking a class where we're using access.
    i have access 2016 and windows 10.

    i have directions that say:

(Within Emp_DVD table we have discovered that one of the clerks who has mild dyslexia has been entering rentals for DVD 31 as DVD 13 and vice-versa! Your job is to use the Find/Replace feature to alter all DVD_Number of 31 to 13 and alter all DVD_Number of 13 to 31. Remember, when you do a replace there is no undo function!! So you must get it right first time. There is exactly one way to do this right and at least two ways to do it wrong. Just think before you complete this task.)
so i am just wondering how i would change both 31 to 13 and 13 to 31 at the same time?

Well, since if for a class assignment, I hope that you are not looking for something to just give you the answer!

But I will give you a hint.
First off, I think you may not fully understand the directions. You cannot do both at the exact same time using Find/Replace, you will need to do multiple Find/Replace commands.
As for your hint, think "intermediate" steps...

    Good luck!

Forget the Access part. Think of it a a logic problem.

Suppose there was a stack of DVDs, they were labelled incorrectly/reverse of actual content.
All the ones labelled OurSummerVacation were really NascarRacing. And those with NascarRacing were really OurSummerVacation.
Let's say you have 9 DVDs in total.
    What would you do?

Exactly, but step by step what would you do. That's the question. And I'm sure you know the answer.

Access or any other database only does what you tell it. So you have to work out the steps (logic) before you can tell Access.

    Good luck.
