Once again, thank you for all of your help Paul, the project was a success after removing the Multi Fields and changing to plain text. You will probably see me on the Forum from time to time as I have devoted part of my job to this.

Happy to help! I can see why somebody thought they were a good idea, but few if any serious developers will use the multi-value field. Good luck!
