"Change To" Options Box stays Open

I'm using Access 2016 with MS Office 365 ProPlus Version 1701 Build 776.2060

About a week ago, I started seeing issues with my access form and report design tools. Yesterday, I found a very repeatable bug.
Selecting a Textbox with right click opens an options box with "Change To" Option. When you select or hover on Change to an options box opens and will not go away unless
    A. I exit Access and restart
    B. I click File on Ribbon and return to the DB screen.

In option B other odd symptoms then begin.

This happens in new and old applications and on all our company machines.

Can't find an update or article about this anywhere.

    Any ideas?

sounds like theres a glitch, it shouldnt lock.
so dont use it, instead grab another control off the toolbar and start over.

Problem was solved by reverting MS Office back to before last update. Apparently the latest update for MS Office 365 was not playing well with our systems.

I would mark this thread solved but I just spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to do it and still can't find any thread tools. Guess I'm just stupid.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
