Need to fill Leave report automatically

    Hello,

I manually compile employees' leave records and added them on leave form one by one. After that, I print that sheets and employees sign on that. There are almost 300 employees working. So, this is a time killing task. To save my time and reduce my work pressure I need to fill those forms automatically. I think MS access is good for that.

I am trying to work on that but can't make it. So, that I come here to get your help. Can you please suggest me, how to do it. I was trying to add access file here but it is 1.20 MB. So, that I uploaded in my drive. You can look the file here. https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...VU?usp=sharing

    Explanation:
Table Leave has the data - Code (employee), Name, Leave type, Leave Taken, date from, and; to.
Report 1 is the demo of actual leave form, which I manually fill those blanks according to the table. Then employees sign on that and fill remaining information. I just need a reporting system, that will fill all the data according to the leave details table. I will just print those pages at a time.

    Page 1:
    Code No. …356.. Name: ……X...

    Designation:…………………………… Department: ………………………………. Purpose of Leave:………Sick….

…………………………………………………………Nature of Leave: Casual Leave Sick Leave Earn Leave

    From:1/21/2017… To:…1/22/2017 Total Day(s):………1………

    page 2:
    Code No. …140.. Name: ……Y...

    Designation:…………………………… Department: ………………………………. Purpose of Leave:………Sick….

…………………………………………………………Nature of Leave: Casual Leave Sick Leave Earn Leave

    From:1/22/2017… To:…1/23/2017 Total Day(s):………1………

    Same page 3, 4, 5 .........

Thanks in advance. please suggest me if you have some different idea. I need it so so much.

    Best Regards,
    Rinko.

first do a compact/repair on your db. Then zip it before attempting to post. This is preferred for a few reasons. Some who could help cannot access such files as their network admins don't allow it. Also, when the link is taken down, the post is too hard to follow for others in the future and they cannot reap the benefit of solutions. You may want to copy the db and remove sensitive info before compacting/zipping, or if the file remains too large after zipping, remove non-essential objects if you're sure of which those are.

Also, information separated by lots of commas is too hard to read. Create a table in your post, either manually or by dumping in cells copied from an Excel spreadsheet.
