hours calculation

Hello everyone i am new on Microsoft access and having a issue .



as you can see my form in the end what i exactly want is that eg if i put finalized start time 7:00am to 17:00pm it should give me 10 hours in the hours worked line
i saw a datediff formula on internet but it doesnt help to extract the working hours in hours worked column

sir what should be the data type then calculated field should it be ?

Where is your date diff formula? Can we see it? Why can't the field be number? Easier to calculate with.
