Changing and saving query under new name

I thought I knew how to do this, but...

I have a query that I run to print out contract information on individual properties. To change from one property to another, all I have to do is change 1 item in the query that is specific to that property. However, I want to be able to save those queries under a name specific to that property. After I change the query and go to exit I am prompted with the "do you want to save" question. If I say yes, it saves it w/o the option of changing the name, thereby leaving me with the new query under the old property name.

I know I have done this before but can't remember how!

It's certainly no bother if you mark the thread as 'solved' (Thread Tools?). That way we don't open the question unnecessarily.
    Thanks!
