Creating a Search Form- Report

Hello,
I am trying to create a search form that searches data in a report design.
I created a report design that contains nutritional labels. I want to search by "item number". the item number data is on report design.
I have already created a search form, but it only searches a query.
How can I create a search form / command button to search my report for the item number?


Eventually want I want to do is have the search form find the label with the correct item number, then print that specific label.
Any help/ advice?

When you say on report design, do you mean it is hardcoded in a label or something on areport or is it in a field from a table on the Report? Seems you would create a combo box of the item numbers and then base the report criteria on this combo box value from the form.
