Simple database for service business (Tutoring)

I am a tutor and occasionally hire others to help. I need a very simple DB to do the following (currently using excel)

Table 1: Track sessions (which tutor, student, time, location, mileage, charge, amount collected). I have a sheet in Excel for this already.
Table 2: Default mileage for common destinations to be used in table 1. I have a sheet in Excel and use the lookup function for this already.
Table 3: Contact information. The parents are usually paying, so I would like to link the students to their parents.

Table 4: Employees. Schedule, amount charged/paid.

I would like to be able to see when I last saw the student, if there is a balance or credit, and if they have missed a session or not within the last year. I would also like to link this to google calendar if possible.

Is there a good template in Access 2016 that would do all of this?

    Thanks in advance!!

I doubt anyone has what you described already developed but others might respond if they do. Or look in Sample Databases - https://www.accessforums.net/forumdisplay.php?f=20

    port your existing spreadsheets over.
once you build keys into tEmps and tClients.
    back fill them into tSessions
then you can make the master/child forms to see billing and sessions ,etc.

I guess I need to do some learning first. That does not sound like a trivial thing to a novice.

Going to check out the videos from PC Learning Zone.

Other suggestions for learning Access? Thanks!
