Can access shared db across LAN?

Hi..im wondering on how or possible to share access db in LAN network. The idea is to send list of licence application to the department that handle the licence approval just like a mail system but lot less than that. Also, can it have notification systerm?

Yes, put the db in a shared folder,
split the db,
Keep the backend in the folder,
give every user a copy of the Front end.

not sure what you want to notify.

Notify any new record added to list. Thanks for answering. I will try that with pc n laptop tomorrow

Yes, you can have access send email via macro:
