Why do all these weird codes- like: UT_tblNameFixup - appear in my table, query, and forms windows ?

Why are unrecognizable codes appearing in my Access windows?

Example of weird codes: The heading in the title bar is Microsoft Access Wizards User Data - [ACWZUSRatabase (Access 2002 - 2003 file format)]
Then in my Tables window I have the normal 3 Create table options, a Books table option, thenlots of code-like items - it won't let me highlight and copy them, but I will type in a few:
    prw_tblLog - ...
    tblLangFont
    tblSectionStyles
    tblStyles
    UT_tblExport...

Plus about a dozen more. The are each accompanied by a date - mostly the dates are from 2003.
These just suddenly appeared a couple of years ago.
I thought maybe I got some auto updates that were not compatible with my previous version??

Are you sure you opened the right database?
Does the database have any of your tables or forms? Does the database work as expected?
