Error 3113 learning access

So I apologizeAdd emplyee db.accdb, I'm trying to learn access/ vb script and trying to perform what should be a simple task. I have a set of employees, I want to add an employee, edit them, delete them, clear the form and close the form. I can get everything to work except the edit, then update button? I have looked, and gone through the sample provided, but I can not find the problem. I have attached the db. Any help, and explanation to the problem would be greatly appreciated.

For starters, EmpID is an autonumber field, thus can't be edited by the user.

So how would I go about changing that? Insert a new field called EmpID and leave the other field1?

That fixed it. Sorry, rookie mistake, but thank you for the info and explanation

Glad you got it sorted. Normally you wouldn't let the user edit the key field anyway.
