populate fields with text from local web page

At work, I have a temperature monitoring device to monitor current temperature in the MDF. I would like to setup an Access database, or an Excel spreadsheet, that will pull 3 things from a web page on that device, the current date and time, current temperature, and status which is either normal or abnormal. I have access to the device via web browser and local LAN ip address, the page I want loads by default and there are no logon credentials. I type in the ipaddress in a browser, and the information I need is on the page that loads. Is there a way to pull the 3 things I need into 3 fields in Access ? Is there any way to automate the process, say once per hour ? Would it be easier in Excel ?

one option is to do what is called screen scraping. Google to find out more but be aware that, although this does not seem the be the case here. screen scraping may be considered a breach of copyright by the website owner.
