    Combo box on form

I have a data entry form in Access 10 that I added a combobox to. The combobox is getting the information from another table. The form works and stores all the data in the main table but when I perform a query from the main table it will not pull records I have added from the form. But if I import a spreadsheet from excel into the main table the query works. So I know it's not the query...What causes this? I hope this makes sense....

    How do you know this?

"From the main table"? Where are you running this query?

And what does the combo box have to do with your issue? So you can open the table directly and see records but if you open a new query, add that table and select the fields, the records are missing? Can you add a record directly into the table(not using the form)?

By main table I mean the table that stores all the information. Names, dates, products, submitted by, approved by etc. I also have a table that has all the products. The combobox on my form come from a separate table that has all the products listed.

What you are saying does not make a great deal os sense. Any chance you can Compact and Repair and then zip up your db and attach it to a post? Remove or obfuscate any sensitive data of course.
